14 years old firm, AYA specializes in research &
feasibility reports, design and project management
within the property & construction industry.

We work with property developers, individual land
owners, design consultants (Architects, Engineers
etc), financial institutions and project proponents.

Currently, we are working towards ESG compliance.

Chan Yew Choong

YC as he is known has extensive design & project management knowledge since his days in London.

Now he specializes in hospitality, residential and wellness based projects.

Tan Soo Fen

Soo Fen as she is known, graduated as an architect in London and has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years.

Believe it or not, she is studying fengshui now and believes in spiritual spaces which will influence her on site management.
